- Directly from your e-statement
- By mailing a check or by calling the office with your credit card information.
You Will Receive a Monthly E-statement With a Link to Your Billing Statement and Online Payment Option.

- For hygiene appointments, please pay any remaining balance once your insurance has paid your claim. If insurance has not made a payment after 60 days, please pay your bill and contact your insurance company directly.
- For restorative visits, please pay 50% of the fee as your estimated coinsurance at the time of service. We will submit insurance for you and you can pay the remaining balance, if any, after insurance benefits are received. If insurance has not made a payment after 60 days, please pay your bill and contact your insurance company directly.
