Payment Policies

  • Payment is appreciated on the day of your visit and can be made in several ways.
    • At the front desk following your dental visit
    • Directly from your e-statement
    • By mailing a check or by calling the office with your credit card information.
  • You will receive a monthly e-statement with a link to your billing statement and online payment option.
    • If you have insurance and would like to assign benefits to Ferguson Dental Associates, please let us know.

  • For hygiene appointments, please pay any remaining balance once your insurance has paid your claim. If insurance has not made a payment after 60 days, please pay your bill and contact your insurance company directly.
  • For restorative visits, please pay 50% of the fee as your estimated coinsurance at the time of service. We will submit insurance for you and you can pay the remaining balance, if any, after insurance benefits are received. If insurance has not made a payment after 60 days, please pay your bill and contact your insurance company directly.
  • If you would like to discuss a payment plan, please call the office to make any necessary arrangements or speak with our office manager, Holly Feltham following your visit
